The Arboretum, named by USA Today as "one of the 10 great places to the smell the flowers," is the perfect place to enjoy a day of rest and relaxation.
What woman doesn’t need a day away? To relax and reflect ... connect with God ... with special friends ... to simply have fun.
 You’ll be inspired by author Betsy Lee and her special guest, singer-songwriter, Carol Zimmerman. Funny and heartwarming, Carol Zimmerman lights up a room with music and contagious joy. Carol is a popular performer who has a jazz pop band called the “CarolZ Trio.”
 Betsy Lee, author, speaker and president of Prayer Ventures, will give you fresh insights on how to grow and cultivate great friendships and how to deepen your relationship with God, the Forever Friend who loves us most.
You won’t want to miss this day of refreshment and spiritual growth. Your day will also include leisurely time to stroll through the Arboretum’s beautiful gardens and time with friends as you share a flowerpot lunch on an outdoor patio.
Cost is $27. Early Bird Rate: $22 through June 12. Special group rate $18/person for five or more (group reservations BY PHONE ONLY: 952/942-9016 through June 12). Reserve a flowerpot lunch ($10 extra – Must Reserve by June 12), bring a picnic lunch or dine in the cafeteria. Attending the event admits you free to the Arboretum that day (a $7 value).
